Andy Coppock, CEO/CTO
Andy is a Research Scientist and co-founder of Bold Earth Scientific. He has 40 years experience in Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Dynamics, Laser Photonics, Applied Physics and Quantum Mechanics, and is a Master Machinist. Throughout the years his companies have developed new technologies that are driven by the Biomedical, Petrochemical and Aviation community’s current manufacturing limitations and frustrations. He takes the currently impossible projects and develops equipment, lasers, and “out of the box” methods to bring new technology to life.
He has served as professional witness and failure analyst for the U.S. Department of Interior, and designed fluid handling components and valves used in sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid and alkaline wastewater systems used in global petrochemical refining plants (Vena Conical Gate Valve U.S. Patent # 6517049)
Andy conducted laser photonics research and development for micromachining Nitinol (Nickel Titanium Alloy) and other exotic alloys. He developed new, ultrafast laser cavities and cutting equipment. developed electrochemical processing technology for Nitinol procedures and was involved in equipment development for Biomedical implant devices such as artificial heart valves, cardiovascular and neurovascular stents, as wekk as clot retrieval devices. His creations have allowed doctors and biomedical engineers to realize their ultimate designs, often turning napkin sketches to life saving, surgical implant ready devices.
Andy sees the world through mathematics, dreams in code, and teaches physics through practical examples and feelings. A lesson in gravitational dynamics is taught from the back of his sport bike on a twisty road or accelerometers mounted to his skateboard while riding in a drained pool.
The current global energy crisis along with a lifelong obsession with alternative energy led to the formation of Bold Earth Scientific. A United States Coast Guard Veteran, Andy has always found a sense of purpose in service-related projects and has dedicated his life to making the world a safer, cleaner place for all.

Michelle is a co-founder of Bold Earth Scientific and Chief Operations Officer. She also leads the Corporate Social Responsibility office which includes ESG, corporate sustainability, social strategy, and community connection - all supporting a strong, purpose driven company. Michelle worked as a administrator for a surgery center for 15 years, and also worked in medical and technology research. She has an extensive background in business management. community outreach, and community leadership. She is currently expanding knowledge of corporate social responsibility and environmental and social governance by partnering with other leaders to grow, learn, thrive, and model strong action, assessment, and reporting. Aside from business management and leadership, Michelle has 30 years of history working with various nonprofit organizations including Kiwanis International, HOPE for children's education, and Nurture in Nature camp for children with disabilities. She is also a former competitive skydiver holding national and world records, and a certified USA Archery instructor - both journey's of which required strong leadership skills and team building tools that are incorporated into the Bold Earth Scientific business strategy.
As Human Resources Director and Chief Vision Officer at Bold Earth Scientific, Jeanah combines the totality of her experience, passion and knowledge to maximize employee satisfaction, employee retention and performance. She flourishes when infusing people and spaces with intentional and deliberate love and learning for the sake of personal, planetary and professional growth. She has an extensive background in Pre-Hospital Emergency Medicine, and has served California's Central Valley for 20 years as a 911 paramedic. More recently, she has worked to establish protocols to support the mental and emotional health of 911 responders. She was the driving force behind the creation of Stanislaus County’s first “Zen Room,” an intentional, peaceful space within their local operations that employees can access 24/7. Despite the many challenges, she was able to successfully coordinate unique training for new hire employees that include spending a day in nature, a hike through a historical gold mine, and provide practical tools that help reconcile accumulated, job-related stress. She believes that proactive awareness is the first step toward shifting the rigid paradigm surrounding mental and physical wellness. In 2014, Jeanah founded a 501 (c) 3 non-profit called Nurture in Nature, that serves children with disabilities by gifting a free, medically supervised, four-day camping adventure near Yosemite. Here, children and their families uncover their hidden superpowers and leave camp with a new sense of purpose and belonging. Outside of work, Jeanah enjoys hiking to remote, wild spaces with her family and fur babies. She also loves the ocean, snorkeling, boating, river rafting, camping and savoring precious moments with her growing children.
Dominic is the Bold Earth Scientific Marketing and Communications Advisor. He has also been a part of a strong team at BigPulse for 18 years, currently as the company’s Sales & Marketing Director. Over the years, he worked with the BigPulse founder to implement new technology and to redesign sales and marketing strategies that cater to international markets. In the past, Dominic worked for the Royal Bank of Scotland, where he optimized internal systems and helped open new markets for the business. He played a role in developing and supporting middle office global futures trading operations in London, New York and Chicago. Dominic has also worked for companies in both the United Kingdom and Australia, where he focused on web development and marketing strategies. All these experiences play a vital role in advising Bold Earth Scientific and enhance his ability to guide us in forging strong relationships with a diverse team nationally and globally. Outside of work, Dominic is an iPEC certified Life Coach and a Sound Practitioner. He has coached many clients and has facilitated sound baths for over six years. He notably worked an evening a week at a private clinic in the Bay Area, offering Sound Baths to teens with addiction, depression and anxiety. He has also been involved with two groups offering sound healing to children with autism and special needs - Nurture In Nature and Bay Area Friendship Circle.
John has been in the financial services industry for 40+ years. He spent 25 years as an agency Investment Specialist for three major insurance companies (New England, Guardian and MassMutual), and in each case growing them from start-ups to national leaders. Occasionally, having over 100 registered representatives under his supervision. In 2011, John was one of the founding partners of Houston Capital Partners. He is also one of the founding partners of The Pension Professionals, a pension consulting firm, established 27 years ago. His designations include a PhD (Business Administration), CFP® (Certified Financial Professional), CFS (Certified Funds Specialist), ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant), BCS (Board Certified in Securities), and an AIF (Accredited Investment Fiduciary). He also holds the Series 7 and 24 securities licenses. Additionally, John is a guest lecturer and a member of the MS in Finance Wealth Advisory Board at the University of Houston. Bold Earth Scientific is honoroed to have him as our financial advisor and a valued team member.
